Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee
If KHANTA isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund it, no questions asked. We'd appreciate knowing why, so we can improve — but telling us isn't required to get your refund.
How to request one
Email khanta.audio@gmail.com with the email address your KHANTA account is under and, if you have it, your license key. We'll confirm and process the refund from there.
What happens to your license
Once a refund is issued, your license is deactivated and can no longer be used to activate the Software — the same license key can't be refunded and kept active.
Processing time
Refunds are returned to your original payment method through PayMongo. How long it takes to reflect depends on your bank or card issuer's own processing time, which is outside our control.
Fair use
This guarantee is meant for genuine try-it-and-decide purchases. We reserve the right to decline a refund in cases of clear abuse — for example, repeated buy-refund cycles on the same account.
